Refund Policy (In-Game Items & Digital Content)

All products available within the SolTanks Services are digital, non-tangible in-game items and content.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are handled according to the following rules.

Refunds MAY be granted if:

  • The purchased in-game item has not been used, consumed, activated, or opened (including unopened card packs).
  • A duplicate charge or billing error occurred.
  • A technical issue prevented the item from being delivered to your account.
  • The transaction is confirmed as unauthorized, subject to investigation.

Refunds are NOT available if:

  • The item has been used, consumed, activated, or opened in any way.
  • Virtual currency has been spent or partially spent.
  • The purchase was made by mistake, due to a change of mind, or dissatisfaction with game mechanics.
  • The item has affected gameplay, progression, or rewards.
  • Once an in-game item is opened or used, it is considered fully delivered and irrevocable.

Delivery of Digital Goods

Delivery is considered complete when the item is successfully credited to the player’s account. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that some digital content may be delivered immediately.

Refund Review Process

All refund requests are reviewed case-by-case and granted at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to deny refunds if abuse, repeated requests, or suspicious behavior is detected.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method where possible.

Important Notes

Please review item descriptions, rarity indicators, and contents carefully before purchasing.

Abuse of the refund system may result in account limitations or suspension.
